Адрес: Новосибирская область, Новосибирск, ул. Мичурина, 10. Тел.: (383) 224-15-52. Работает ежедневно, кроме среды, с 9:00 до 18:00. Расположен на втором этаже западной трибуны стадиона «Спартак».

В экспозиции история развития физической культуры и спорта в Новосибирской области от начала века до наших дней. Отдельный зал отведен 26 видам спорта и 13 новосибирцам — победителям Олимпийских игр. Кубки, медали, подарки, боевое оружие биатлонистов, «черные пояса» боксеров. Настоящий болельщик выходит из музея потрясенным.
